Each gram contains :  Bacitracin USP : 500 units.  Polymyxin B (Polymyxin B sulfate) : 10000 units.

Adult dosage : 2 to 5 applications per day in small quantity or as directed by the physician.

Clean the affected area before using the product.  Can be covered with a sterile dressing.

CAUTION :  If adverse reactions or irritation occur or if the lesion persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult your physician.  Avoid contact with the eyes.  In case of contact, rinse with water.  Do not apply on large surfaces of the body.  In case of deep or perforated wounds, animal bites or serious burns, consult a physician.  Do not use for more than one week, except on the advice of a physician.

Store at room temperature (15^oC – 30^oC).
