ACTIVE INGREDIENTS :   Sodium Fluoride USP 5.56 mg per mL or 1 mg of Fluoride ion per 8 drops. OTHER INGREDIENTS (alphabetically) : Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide and Water.

DIRECTIONS : To be used only on the advice of a physician or dentist.

DOSAGE depends on age of child and concentration of Fluoride in drinking water.

Dispense in ½ teaspoon of juice or water.

WARNING :  The use of Fluoride supplements is not recommended where community drinking water contains 0.7 ppm or more of Fluoride or in artificially fluoridated water as mottling of the teeth enamel may result.
